Reponse to March 1 Meeting
Clinton Minor Soccer is at a pivotal point in what the future of the organization is going to look like.

Over the past years, we have tried to grow the executive and volunteers to take over some important positions, but due to a lack of responses and a fault of my own of not delegating work, the executive has not grown.  The meeting on Mar. 1st was open to everyone, but I am wondering if it is the fact that people think if they are coming to the meeting they have to join the executive was the reason for such a poor turnout.  For an organization that currently has over 440 players signed up, there was a total of 7 people at the meeting, only 2 that were new.  We are in the process of making some decisions that will determine if there is a future for Clinton Minor Soccer and if so what that future will look like.  We understand that families have busy lives and for this reason, we are having another meeting on Wednesday, Mar 29 at 7pm, at the upstairs hall at the arena.  Our hope is that more people will come out to learn more about the future of the organization.  If you then decide you might be able to give some time to help, awesome, if not that is fine also.  We just need to have more people in attendance to help us make some informed decisions.
